Radhika V. Kuna, M.D.

Dr. Kuna earned her medical degree from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, RI, and completed her residency at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kuna is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography by the American Board of Internal Medicine and fellowship trained in Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. She has additional training and certification in vascular imaging.

Jonathan Safren, M.D.

Jonathan Safren, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Ark. He completed his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and his fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Safren is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and cardiology and has close to 30 years of experience.

Dr. Safren is providing inpatient cardiology services at Carroll Hospital while working in conjunction with Carroll Health Group cardiologists Drs. Selsky and Kuna, and physician assistant Scott Morsberger.

Dr. Safren sees patients at Carroll Hospital.



Evan J. Selsky, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Evan J. Selsky, M.D.

Dr. Selsky earned his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, and completed his residency at Mercy Hospital, Baltimore, MD. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and fellowship trained in Cardiology at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Selsky is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has 21 years of experience in clinical cardiology. Dr. Selsky lives in Finksburg with his wife and has three daughters.

Dr. Selsky sees patients in the Westminster - Fisher Building and Hampstead office.
